Each member contributes their unique expertise, enhancing the company’s creative vision and its mission to create unforgettable events and concepts.

Thierry Pierson

Thierry Pierson is one of the creative driving forces behind Love is All SRL. As the creator of Jalousy and Château Favori, he has built his reputation as a visionary entrepreneur. Today, he dedicates his energy to developing Château Favori, a family project that combines art de vivre, respect for the land, and sustainability. Thierry demonstrates that business can go hand in hand with environmental responsibility—a cause close to his heart—through his organic wine production and energy autonomy.

Tristan Pierson

Tristan Pierson joined the Love is All SRL journey after gaining extensive experience in the business world. Having worked at Le Pain Quotidien and AB InBev, he served as a director of Love is All from 2020 to 2024. His expertise in business management and strategic approach has strengthened the company’s structure. Today, he devotes himself to the Château Favori family project, leveraging his skills to advance its development.

Jérémie Renier

Jérémie Renier is one of the founders of Love is All and a key figure in Belgian and French cinema. An actor since 1990, he has always nurtured a passion for the world of art and hospitality. Together with his childhood friend Renaud Deru, they shared a dream of opening a bar, which led to the creation of Love is All. Jérémie embodies the creative and artistic spirit of the company, bringing a unique vision that blends culture and entertainment.

Renaud Deru

Renaud Deru is the artistic director of Jalousy, one of Love is All’s flagship projects. Deeply passionate about music and festive culture, he dedicates his life to sharing music in all forms. As an international DJ, he is responsible for some of the most significant successes in Brussels’ club culture over the past 25 years, including Dirty Dancing at Mirano, Libertine Supersport, Love parties, and, of course, Jalousy. Recently, he also founded the record store Sono Ventura Records.

For Renaud, “Every night can go off track, as long as it’s carefully prepared by a strong team for days,” and he now applies this principle in service of Jalousy.

Pierre Nauwelaers

Pierre Nauwelaers, trained in hospitality, gained ten years of experience in a 5-star hotel in Brussels before joining Love is All. His expertise in luxury hospitality enables him to manage the company’s operational aspects with impeccable attention to detail. His proficiency in service quality management and event logistics ensures the success of every project. Pierre is a key player in managing venues and coordinating events, always striving for excellence.

Alexis Mosselmans

Passionate about flavors and cocktails, Alexis Mosselmans is the creative spirit behind Love is All’s creations. With industry experience since the age of 16, he is the creator of the signature cocktails that define the reputation of Love is All’s events. His creativity, mastery of flavors, and expertise in mixology are central to the culinary experience the company seeks to offer its clients. Alexis adds a unique and refined touch to every event, elevating the customer experience through innovative and memorable cocktails.
